Slide Show

Activating a slide show via the keyboard.

1] Start at top menu

2] Select OPEN

3] Select OPEN FILE ...

4] Use the arrow keys to move to any directory with picture files.

5] Move the highlight field (cursor) down to the first image in the directory using the down arrow key.

6] If you press the Enter key here, you will see that image (only).

7] If you instead press the p (lower case P) the slide show will start

8] Once started, you can pause and resume the slide show using the p key

9] You can change the current slide backwards & forwards using the Page Up and Page Down keys. If you are in pause mode, it will stay in pause mode - otherwise it will resume scrolling from there.

10] Press the Esc key to return to the MPlayer menu.

Some notes on using an ATI Wonder Remote For Slide Show Mode

Follow the instuctions above using your ATI Wonder Remote to move through the menus to the directory with your picture files :

1] Rather than using the p key on the keyboard, use the D button on the remote to start the slide show.

2] Use the left and right arrow buttons to move the slides backwards and forwards. The Rewind << and Forward >> buttons will also perform this function.

3] Use the up and down arrow buttons to zoom in or out on a picture if you like.

4] Exit the slide show back to the MPlayer menus using the Red Shutdown button (no - it won't cause Geexbox to power down like it does in mplayer mode).
