    Hi,

I’m new to this version of linux, I don’t have the time to setup a media OS. All the features this vesion has I want, but my main goal is to be able to do screen recording and streaming live to Twitch, YouTube, DailyMotion, Hitbox, etc., using OBS (Open Broadcast Software).

In addition to screen recording KDE has Virtual Desktops and Activities. I use the Desktops to switch to different topics while recording. Will I be able to do this using this OS?

    Thanks for your feedback!…

Geexbox is a stripped-down Linux that is supposed to automatically boot up and run a single application (usually Kodi MediaCenter). It is not supposed to be used as a regular desktop OS (even though it might be possible to configure our build system to spit out a desktop environment).
