Need Chinese interface, Version 2.0 has support for the Chinese subtitles, but the interface can not display Chinese part of the file name (display: “â–¡”)

Can you test this package : http://download.geexbox.org/releases/extra/i386/extra-fonts-nonfree_2.0-1_i686.opk
and select in system/appearance/skins/fonts : “arial based”
Please report
Thanks

I do not know before this method (without changing the distribution of the ISO file), in other forums have been a friend of mine told me this way, but because I started from USB, can not save the settings, there is a solution?

you can try that :
create (ex geexboxv2) a directory and extract the content of the entire iso in this directory.
replace the initrd file by this one : http://download.geexbox.org/releases/extra/initrd
create a casper-rw file inside geexboxv2: http://www.geexbox.org/documentation/create-or-modify-a-persistent-file/
add this menu (adapt with your directory and assuming your stick is detected as 2nd disk)
itle geexbox-v2
root (hd1,0)
kernel /geexboxv2/vmlinuz
initrd /geexboxv2/initrd root=/dev/sdb1 rootfs=/geexboxv2/rootfs persistent=/geexboxv2/casper-rw
