Hi everyone,
has anyone tried Geexbox on a tablet yet?
My plan: install Geexbox on my Viewsonic ViewPad 10s and use it as a HTPC (together with its dock)
The tablet (http://in.viewsonic.com/ph/products/viewpad/viewpad10s/specs.php) is the same as the probably more known Advent Vega (a not that high quality, but worth its money tablet based on Tegra2 harmony). It has USB-connectors and HDMI output, the only downside would be the analog only sound.
I expect the basics to work (it’s Tegra2…) , but I found nothing about a touchscreen and geexbox on the tegra platform. As well I fear the dock (I would need its USB-connectors ands the HDMI output) will not work.
If it would work it would make a nice, easily to control HTPC, if not I’ll just waste my time trying…
So what do you think? Is there a chance to get this working?

P.S.: I used Geexbox some years ago on an old box, but replaced it then by a complete linux distribution and XBMC. It’s great to see it back!

It seems that at least some things work with ubuntu

But are there any experiences trying the install guide (http://www.geexbox.org/geexbox-for-embedded-devices-booting-on-tegra2/) on a tablet?
