I wrote a webservice in Java running on a Tomcat installed on Windows Server and it works fine.
I would to migrate it in Geexbox. Also without Java/Tomcat (really I don’t know if it is possible).

Now I produce on Eclipse IDE (runs in Windows) a .WAR file. May be moved in cubox only this: I would use geexbox only for run service, not for develop it.

What do you thinnk about? It is a reachable goal?

Isn’t a *.war file just a *.jar with some specific content and will therefore require a Java Runtime Environment? It’s certainly possible to build a JRE for Geexbox, but I don’t really have the time and the mood to add another monster package that probably only one person is going to use. Sorry.

No problem, I understood your mood. This is very time expensive and it is not necessary.
I solved changing technology: no more Java but PHP instead.
