Hello,
I’ve installed geexbox on an old HP mini 100 and it runs great! I’m loving it….

I would like to download torrents and manage it to a web interface like deluge does on ubuntu.

I was looking around for pakage but i could not find one for torrent.

Could you please tell me if you have a package for geexbox?

Thanks for your quick anwser tomlohave

I tried to install but i run into a dependency problem

#opkg install rtorrent_0.9.2-1_i686.opk

I got

Installing rtorrent (0.9.2-1) to root…
Collected errors:

* satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for rtorrent:

* screen * libtorrent * xmlrpc-c *

* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package rtorrent.

do you know who to solve dependency?

# wget http://download.geexbox.org/snapshots/geexbox-xbmc-i386-generic/20121102/binaries.i386/packages/xmlrpc-c_1.25.19-1_i686.opk# wget http://download.geexbox.org/snapshots/geexbox-xbmc-i386-generic/20121102/binaries.i386/packages/libtorrent_0.13.2-1_i686.opk# wget http://download.geexbox.org/snapshots/geexbox-xbmc-i386-generic/20121102/binaries.i386/packages/libsigc++_2.2.11-1_i686.opk# wget http://download.geexbox.org/snapshots/geexbox-xbmc-i386-generic/20121102/binaries.i386/packages/rtorrent_0.9.2-1_i686.opk# opkg install libsigc++_2.2.11-1_i686.opk# opkg install libtorrent_0.13.2-1_i686.opk# opkg install screen_4.0.3-1_i686.opk# opkg install xmlrpc-c_1.25.19-1_i686.opk# opkg install rtorrent_0.9.2-1_i686.opk

reboot

place your torrents files under /rtorrent/watch

and voila!

Also you could install the add-on rtorrent to control the torrents from inside xmbc

I couldn’t install the web interface though,

I found http://www.wtorrent-project.org/
http://wizzup.org/pyroTorrent/

when I finish installing and testing webinterface I will bring you more info
