How do I start to solve wifi problem

During the installation I used a lan connection. But now I want to use my wifi Dongle (Logilink WL0086A).
I have read through all the threats relating to wifi problems, but I don’t know where to start.

What I did:
ifconfig: recognizes my wifi-adapter
iwconfig shows:
wlan0 IEEE 802.11bgn ESSID:off/any
Mode:Managed Access Point: Not-Associated Tx-Power=20 dBm
Retry long limit:7 RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off
Encryption key:off
Power Management:on

And these are the entries in /etc/network:

And now?
Any Idea what to do next ?

Additionally I tried “iwlist scanning”.
There I could see my network.

Read the comments before erasing them

The comments were only erased in the post to display the content more clearly.
I added the netmask, but that did not solve the problem.
No connection to my router.
